Double Your Sales Discovery Call
During this free 15-minute consultation, you’ll determine if the program is a possible fit for you.
We’ll then move to Step 2, or identify an alternate solution for your current needs.
Step 2
Double Your Sales Workshop Presentation
In this 90-minute workshop, we’ll introduce the customer value journey and evaluate your current marketing.
The presentation can be done in person on Maui, or online via Zoom.
At the end of our time together, you’ll know if you’re ready to progress to Step 3.
Step 3
90-Day Business Growth Accelerator
Each month we will spend an entire day together* to deep dive into your business and create a marketing system that is predictable, elegant, and scalable.
Days 1-30: Build – We’ll start by building your marketing system based on the Customer Value Journey, create your Growth Scorecard to track key metrics, and identify growth opportunities that you can take action on immediately.
Days 31-60: Optimize – After 30 days of implementation and tracking, we’ll optimize your Customer Value Journey with Tools and Training, focusing on CVJ Stages 3 – 5: Subscribe, Convert & Excite.
Days 61-90: Accelerate – With the core of your marketing system in place, we’ll then accelerate growth with awareness and referral strategies.
At the end of the 90-day engagement, we’ll perform a final evaluation and provide options for ongoing support or training if needed.
